About the Role
The Project Planning Specialist role ensures compliance with external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines while supporting complex energy infrastructure projects, including HVDC systems that enable large‑scale renewable integration. Working closely with cross‑functional teams during tendering and early execution phases, the specialist develops reliable, integrated schedules that support confident decision‑making and successful project delivery. • Develop tender and early‑phase project schedules using Primavera P6. • Analyze schedule durations, logic, critical paths, and identify risks. • Convert tender schedules into execution‑ready baseline schedules. • Integrate engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and construction activities. • Track project progress and pinpoint schedule deviations and trends. • Prepare schedule narratives and related planning documentation. • Collaborate with project, engineering, and procurement teams. • Contribute to continuous improvement of planning standards and tools.

What You Bring
• Possess 3–5 years of experience in project planning or scheduling. • Demonstrate working knowledge of Primavera P6 and logic‑driven scheduling. • Experience supporting tender, bid, or proposal schedules. • Understand WBS/CBS structures, critical path methodology, and contract requirements.
