About the Role

Key responsibilities include providing design support for business development initiatives, creating high‑impact visuals for client presentations, pursuits, capability decks, and strategic submissions. The designer will develop visual assets such as presentations, bid and proposal graphics, banners, and infographics, and will accurately document and archive all approved materials. Collaboration with senior designers and cross‑functional teams is essential to execute design projects, prepare production‑ready files for print and digital use, and support layout design, photo editing, icon creation, and typography work. The role also involves participating in brainstorming sessions, ensuring design consistency and quality, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting deadlines. The Associate Graphic Designer supports the Business Development team by producing high‑quality visual assets across digital and print channels that effectively communicate KBR’s solutions, including engineering, consulting, project management, and energy transition services. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented designer who is passionate about visual communication, eager to learn, and capable of transforming complex concepts into engaging, brand‑aligned designs. Qualifications require a bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related creative field (or equivalent experience), and 0–2 years of graphic design experience, including internships. Candidates must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office, have a strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy, and possess a portfolio showcasing creative thinking and design execution. Attention to detail, the ability to take constructive feedback, and good communication and time‑management skills are also required.
