About the Role
Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the role is responsible for supplier management activities across West Asia and for coordinating RFx requirements with the sales team for new facilities‑management bids. It supports regional and national sourcing initiatives as directed by the Head of West Asia – Procurement (IFM). The position also builds pricing for all manpower services and consumable categories in new bids. Key duties include undertaking RFPs and RFQs to establish competitive benchmarks, negotiating pricing and contract terms, and managing data analysis and reporting of manpower and rate‑card information via BI dashboards. The incumbent leads the annual data‑benchmarking process, adapts technology for vendor onboarding, and collaborates on revenue‑generation strategies. Participation in internal procurement audits, risk mitigation planning, and maintaining SOPs and process guides are also required, as is ensuring compliance with JLL audit standards. • Deliver supplier management activities for West Asia. • Coordinate RFx requirements with the sales team for new FM bids. • Conduct RFPs and RFQs to benchmark prices for IFM goods and services. • Build and submit pricing proposals for manpower and consumable categories. • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract conditions with vendors. • Analyze manpower and rate‑card data using BI dashboards and generate reports. • Lead the annual data‑benchmarking process and drive data‑based decisions. • Implement technology solutions for vendor onboarding and procurement workflows. • Collaborate with management on revenue‑generation strategies. • Participate in internal procurement audits, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans. • Maintain and update S&P manuals, process guides, and alignment activities. • Establish and nurture communication channels with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
