About the Role

The role is responsible for shaping and driving field‑marketing excellence across White Cap’s North American footprint. It oversees a team of Field Marketing Managers and Senior Specialists, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and collaboration to enhance brand visibility, deepen customer engagement, and drive profitable growth. Regional marketing initiatives are aligned with national priorities and broader company objectives. The leader optimizes operational processes, uncovers new growth opportunities, and drives efficiencies that amplify marketing impact across channels. With a focus on delivering a consistent omni‑channel customer experience, the role partners with senior leadership to build consensus, design and execute pilot programs, and position field marketing as a strategic amplifier of field and branch sales performance. The incumbent manages and develops a high‑performance team by fostering accountability and innovation, providing strategic oversight for regional initiatives that support sales growth, market expansion, and customer retention. Acting as a liaison between field marketing, regional leadership, and functional teams, the leader translates national priorities into regionally tailored strategies through collaboration with sales leadership, supplier partners, and cross‑functional stakeholders, creating joint customer marketing initiatives with measurable outcomes. The role champions integration of field marketing with White Cap’s omni‑channel strategy, ensuring consistent messaging across physical, digital, and sales touchpoints, and collaborates with Digital, Content, and eCommerce teams to amplify regional campaigns. Oversight includes team participation in local trade shows, industry events, and association meetings to ensure coordinated brand impact and return on investment. • Shape and drive field marketing across North America, overseeing managers and specialists. • Align regional initiatives with national priorities and optimize operational processes. • Partner with senior leadership to design and execute pilot programs for omni‑channel consistency. • Lead and develop a high‑performance team, fostering ownership, accountability, and innovation. • Translate national priorities into tailored regional strategies with sales, suppliers, and cross‑functional partners. • Integrate field marketing with omni‑channel strategy, collaborating with Digital, Content, and eCommerce teams. • Oversee participation in trade shows and industry events to maximize brand impact and ROI. • Establish KPIs, OKRs, and metrics to evaluate regional marketing effectiveness and ROI. • Use data and field insights to monitor performance and inform strategic decisions. • Implement process improvements to streamline execution and support scalable growth.

What You Bring

Education typically requires a BS/BA in a related discipline and at least seven years of relevant experience; an advanced degree may offset less experience, and certifications may be required. Preferred qualifications include seven-plus years of marketing experience with at least five years in a leadership role, preferably managing regional teams in B2B construction, distribution, or industrial sectors, strong financial acumen, omni‑channel expertise, and proven ability to develop growth‑driving strategies. • Require BS/BA (or equivalent), 7+ years marketing experience, and 5+ years in a leadership role. • Prefer experience managing regional B2B teams in construction, distribution, or industrial sectors. • Demonstrate strong financial acumen, budget management, and ROI forecasting skills. • Exhibit strong analytical abilities and proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing analytics platforms.
