About the Role
The Lead Commissioning Engineer – Electrical (WHT’s Subsea Cable & Piping) role supports an offshore Well Head Tower/Platform project. Initially based in Abu Dhabi at the client or contractor office, the assignment will later shift to a fabrication yard and then to the offshore site, operating on a 6‑week/3‑week rotation as required. • Lead commissioning of electrical systems for subsea cable and piping on offshore Well Head Tower projects. • Oversee commissioning activities at client office, fabrication yard, and offshore site with 6‑week/3‑week rotation. • Provide technical guidance on brownfield modification projects and ensure compliance with ADNOC standards.

What You Bring
The position demands extensive oil‑and‑gas experience, including at least 20 years overall and five years on ADNOC projects, with a strong background in well‑head tower, subsea cable, and piping modifications. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering and have served on mega FEED/EPC projects exceeding US$1 billion. • Minimum 20 years oil‑and‑gas experience, including at least 5 years on ADNOC projects and 5 years on mega FEED/EPC contracts (>US$1 B). • Proven background in well‑head tower, subsea cable, and piping commissioning. • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mandatory). • Strong knowledge of ESG and safety standards within large‑scale projects. • Ability to work in diverse, inclusive team environments and uphold KBR’s ONE KBR values.
