About the Role

The Pump and Power Foreman leads set‑up and tear‑down labor for pump and power equipment, including bypass pumping, generator events, power distribution, HVAC, water restoration, and disaster response projects. The role requires travel across the United States, primarily east of the Mississippi, using a company‑provided vehicle. Responsibilities include planning, delegating tasks, motivating the crew, and maintaining project documentation. • Leverage current skills while developing new skills • Motivate and coach team members during projects • Create and execute project plans • Assign tasks to crew members to meet daily goals • Represent Sunbelt in communications with customers and internal resources • Create accurate project timelines • Maintain tools and supplies needed for project completion • Document daily notes, labor logs, progress reports, and required paperwork • Assist with shop and yard cleanliness when not on a project • Help with deliveries, pick‑ups, and everyday business when not assigned a project • Operate basic equipment such as forklifts and skid loaders

What You Bring

• Basic equipment knowledge and troubleshooting of pumps, generators, power distribution, HVAC, heaters, and shoring • Strong mechanical background, preferably in a similar industry • Proven leadership skills with a history of success • Construction background • Excellent time‑management abilities • Class A CDL preferred • Ability to lift up to 100 lb and perform physical labor regularly
