About the Role

Key duties include overseeing high‑volume lease transactions, providing market advice, and improving client transaction processes through regular updates, meetings, and conference calls. The manager selects and manages co‑brokers, reviews lease documents, creates summaries and abstracts, and conducts due‑diligence research on market, property, landlord, and sub‑tenant data. Additional responsibilities involve leading special projects, preparing commission invoices, and tracking transactions using proprietary software. The role requires effective coordination across multiple disciplines and business units in a fast‑paced, inclusive environment. • Oversee lease transaction lifecycle and cultivate client relationships. • Supervise Senior Analysts and Analysts, delegating tasks throughout deals. • Coordinate co‑brokers, audit lease documents, and produce concise lease abstracts. • Conduct market and property research to support due‑diligence analyses. • Lead special projects, generate commission invoices, and maintain transaction records in proprietary systems. • Ensure an inclusive, AI‑enhanced recruitment process and uphold equal‑opportunity standards.
