About the Role

• Lead design and technical analysis of bridge and civil structure projects, ensuring compliance with standards. • Produce high‑quality engineering documentation (calculations, drawings, reports, specifications). • Collaborate with clients and project teams across multiple locations to deliver integrated solutions. • Drive innovation in design while maintaining safety and project timelines. • Manage small to medium‑sized projects, including risk assessment and mitigation. • Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering technical excellence and growth.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering. • RPEQ, Chartered or equivalent credentials. • Bridge design experience using AS5100. • Understanding of road and rail authority design requirements. • Experience with analytical design tools such as Midas Civil or similar. • Proven delivery of design‑and‑construct projects (desirable). • Experience leading structures on multidisciplinary projects (ideal). • Experience mentoring team members.
