About the Role
Guards industrial or commercial property against fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry. Magnolia site employees should be aware of the Site Quality Policy and Site Quality Objectives and understand how their role contributes to each. All employees must follow and support the requirements of the company’s quality management system. • Patrol buildings and grounds of work site. • Examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure they are secure. • Follow all hazardous waste handling guidelines. • Warn violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden articles, and apprehend or expel miscreants. • Inspect equipment and machinery for tampering. • Report irregularities such as fire hazards, leaking pipes, and unlocked security doors. • Observe departing personnel to prevent theft of company property. • Sound alarm or call police or fire department in case of fire or unauthorized persons. • Permit authorized persons to enter property. • Register at watch stations to record inspection times. • Record data such as property damage, unusual occurrences, and equipment malfunctions for supervisory staff. • Complete records and maintain logs. • Perform janitorial duties and set thermostatic controls to maintain specified temperature in buildings or cold storage rooms. • Handle after‑hour equipment pickup and delivery. • Regulate vehicle and pedestrian traffic at plant entrance to maintain order. • Observe and comply with all safety and project rules. • Apply basic technical skills and knowledge to complete assigned work. • Respond to standard requests from internal and external customers. • Solve routine problems by following defined procedures.

What You Bring
The position may require a high school diploma or equivalent and prior experience in security or a related field. Employees are expected to follow established instructions and guidelines, work under direct supervision, and report to a manager, with limited independent judgment required.
