Warehouse Technician - 2nd Shift

About the Role

The Technician’s primary responsibility is to pick orders accurately using a smart‑phone device and motorized transport, while also handling inbound shipments and auditing or packing outbound orders. Success in the role depends on working safely, meeting productivity standards, and maintaining warehouse organization. • Perform daily 5S warehouse organization and cleaning tasks. • Follow safety policies and maintain defined productivity rates. • Execute standard work procedures for each task. • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and submit employee suggestions. • Accurately pick orders using a smartphone device and motorized equipment. • Receive inbound shipments and audit/pack outbound orders as needed. • Match visual information on the device with product labels accurately. • Count products precisely on each pick to ensure correct shipments. • Apply solid addition and multiplication skills for inventory tasks. • Communicate effectively with coworkers and operate as a team member. • Use the smartphone device continuously throughout the shift. • Remain on feet for 8‑10 hour shifts and perform occasional bending and twisting. • Operate motorized equipment safely and follow verbal/written instructions.
