About the Role
In this role you will provide senior technical and delivery leadership on complex transmission projects, acting as a trusted advisor to clients. You will lead transmission engineering workstreams, shape strategy, solve technical challenges and influence project outcomes while driving planning and development of large‑scale grid infrastructure nationwide. You will collaborate with delivery partners and multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions, and work closely with Major Project Delivery Leads and external partners to align technical, commercial and program objectives. What You Bring
The ideal candidate has a proven engineering background and is recognised as a technical leader in delivering major transmission projects in Australia. They must demonstrate strong commercial acumen, deep knowledge of the Australian transmission market, and the ability to integrate diverse technical disciplines toward successful delivery. Experience mentoring engineers and building multidisciplinary team capability within a consultancy environment is also essential. • Proven engineering background delivering major transmission projects in Australia. • Strong commercial acumen and deep understanding of the Australian transmission market.
