About the Role

In this hands‑on position you will fabricate and weld pipework from detailed engineering drawings, work on assemblies of varying sizes, perform self‑inspection, and ensure all components meet specifications while using MIG and TIG equipment and various cutting tools. • Fabricate and weld pipework from detailed engineering drawings using MIG & TIG equipment. • Produce assemblies ranging from small components to large structures, ensuring specifications are met. • Perform self‑inspection and report issues or suggest alternative manufacturing methods. • Maintain excellent housekeeping and adhere to health and safety standards.

What You Bring

The Stainless Steel Pipe Fabricator role is site‑based in Keighley, West Yorkshire, with no travel required. We are seeking an experienced fabricator/welder who takes pride in producing high‑quality carbon steel and stainless‑steel pipework assemblies in grades 304, 309 and 316. The ideal candidate has proven experience in mild‑steel structural work and stainless‑steel pipework, can read and interpret engineering drawings, is skilled with MIG and TIG welding, and demonstrates strong problem‑solving, attention to detail, safety awareness and good time management. Desirable qualifications include City & Guilds Parts 1‑3 or equivalent, NVQ Level 3 in Welding, Abrasive Wheels certification, and a forklift or telehandler licence. • Proven experience with mild‑steel structural work and stainless‑steel pipework (grades 304, 309, 316). • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and operate fabrication tools. • Strong problem‑solving, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team. • Desired certifications: City & Guilds Parts 1‑3, NVQ Level 3 in Welding, Abrasive Wheels, Forklift/Telehandler licence.
