Job Highlights
About the Role
The MEP Manager leads and manages all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services for construction projects from design through commissioning, ensuring design intent, quality, timelines, safety, and budget targets are met. Regular inspections guarantee quality and statutory compliance, while material submittals, method statements, and technical drawings are reviewed against local building codes, IS standards, and client specifications. The manager prepares and monitors budgets, reviews vendor quotations, and controls cost overruns through value engineering and efficient resource use. Testing, commissioning and handover documentation, including O&M manuals, are planned and validated, and the manager leads a team of MEP engineers and site supervisors, providing technical guidance, mentoring and training.
