About the Role
The role includes selecting sheet metal according to plans, measuring and marking dimensions, drilling holes for fasteners, installing and cutting metal sheets with supportive frameworks, fabricating or altering parts on site, maneuvering and anchoring large sheet metal parts, and fastening seams or joints by welding, bolting, riveting, or soldering. Additional tasks may involve on‑site or shop fabrication, setting hangers, and trimming, fitting, hanging, and sealing ductwork. • Select sheet metal according to building or design plans • Measure and mark dimensions and reference lines on metal sheets • Drill holes for screws, bolts, and rivets • Install and cut metal sheets with supportive frameworks • Fabricate or alter parts at construction sites • Maneuver and anchor large sheet metal parts • Fasten seams or joints by welding, bolting, riveting, or soldering • Perform on‑site or shop fabrication • Provide personal tools for the trade • Wear proper personal protective equipment

Most positions are first shift with a pay range of $28-40/hour based on experience & skill level. If you are a Sheet Metal Duct Installer and want to work alongside other proven Craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior workmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!
