About the Role
• Handle telephone coverage, including screening and transferring calls • Greet and assist visitors, guests, and teammates • Receive and distribute mail and deliveries • Provide administrative support to Finance and Human Resources • Schedule meetings, travel, and meal arrangements as needed • Order and maintain office supplies and marketing items • Organize company events and charitable activities • Restock break areas and manage general office supplies • Oversee facilities administration tasks

What You Bring
Safety is paramount at Nucor; candidates must demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times. Minimum qualifications include at least one year of experience with Outlook, Word, and Excel, as well as one year in an administrative office role. Candidates must not have relatives employed at Nucor Steel Indiana due to HR and payroll confidentiality.
