About the Role
The Field Resource Manager/Construction Superintendent will oversee workforce allocation, scheduling, and resource planning for industrial manufacturing construction projects. This 100 % on‑site role ensures field operations are properly staffed, materials are available, and project timelines are met while upholding safety and quality standards. • Develop and maintain workforce schedules for multiple construction sites. • Coordinate labor, equipment, and material resources to meet project demands. • Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to align resources with milestones. • Monitor progress and adjust resource plans to prevent delays or shortages. • Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards. • Maintain accurate certification, training, and compliance records for field personnel. • Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to secure timely delivery of materials and services. • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to optimize cost and quality. • Track resource utilization and produce weekly/monthly reports for leadership. • Identify trends and recommend strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) and bring at least eight years of resource‑management or field‑operations experience in industrial manufacturing or construction, preferably with defense projects. Required skills include strong organizational, analytical, communication, and negotiation abilities, as well as proficiency with project‑management software such as MS Project or Primavera. SOX control responsibilities may also apply. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Possess 8+ years of resource management or field operations experience in industrial manufacturing or construction. • Demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. • Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera. • Preferred: PMP certification and OSHA 30‑hour Construction Safety certification.
