About the Role
Key duties include daily line‑out of regional field employees, ensuring foremen submit daily reports, look‑ahead schedules, and percent‑complete data, and maintaining accountability for employee timecards. The superintendent will report daily to corporate headquarters, attend bi‑weekly job‑cost meetings, and communicate each day with the regional General Manager, Project Managers, and foremen. Additional responsibilities involve reading and analyzing blueprints, understanding chill‑water, heating‑water, and condenser‑water systems, and representing Way Mechanical professionally on‑site. • Line‑out and schedule regional field employees daily • Ensure foremen submit daily reports, 3‑week look‑ahead, percent complete, and timecards • Report to corporate headquarters daily and attend bi‑weekly job‑cost meetings • Communicate daily with regional General Manager, Project Managers, and foremen • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and chill‑water/heating‑water/condenser‑water systems • Represent Way Mechanical professionally on‑site and maintain high‑quality installations

What You Bring
The superintendent will oversee pipefitting projects, requiring 7–10 years of commercial pipefitting experience and a proven track record of managing field crews.
