About the Role
This full‑time traveling assignment supports an Advanced Technology project covering Data Center, Pharmaceutical, Industrial/Manufacturing, and EV/Battery/Renewables market segments. The role leads, directs and coordinates the overall management of multiple projects. • Develop and mentor a high‑performance team; conduct performance appraisals. • Administer Turner’s contract and sub‑contract agreements. • Build and maintain relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors and vendors. • Create, update, and communicate the Master Project Schedule; oversee its execution. • Collaborate with the Preconstruction team on project development. • Manage budget and financial reporting, ensuring adherence to project costs. • Lead the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program. • Oversee field operations and engineering processes and procedures. • Ensure team compliance with insurance, labor, and employee‑relation requirements. • Enforce safety protocols among project staff. • Initiate and track Pay Applications with Accounting to secure timely payments. • Report project progress and budget status in regular Operations Review Meetings. • Promote use of Turner initiatives and technologies on the project.

What You Bring
Qualifications include a bachelor's degree and at least ten years of related experience, or an equivalent mix of education and training. Candidates must possess deep knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, engineering and accounting principles, strong communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications and schedules. Experience with BIM, Lean methods, and demonstrated leadership and interpersonal abilities are also required. Physical demands involve climbing stairs and ladders, using hoists, negotiating construction zones, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. The role requires good vision, manual dexterity, and the ability to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed.
