About the Role

During the program, participants contribute to the tenant‑representation practice by supporting leasing activities, market research, client interaction, and internal coordination. They also gain exposure to contract administration, database management, and the creation of marketing collateral, collaborating across the leasing and marketing teams. • Advise tenant‑clients on leasing and property matters • Track market activity and identify suitable rental properties • Support the leasing team in commercial property transactions • Develop solutions for client issues, including rent negotiations and maintenance concerns • Participate in lease negotiations and assist in finalizing agreements • Monitor lease compliance and process contract updates or amendments • Perform administrative and project‑coordination tasks to keep operations running smoothly • Maintain and update property and client databases, including Costar and internal CRM systems • Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and pitch proposals • Compile data for marketing activity reports and collaborate with the Marketing department on vendor coordination

What You Bring

Candidates are expected to be pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related discipline such as real estate, finance, economics, accounting, or business, with at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, effective communication, and a proactive, team‑oriented attitude are essential, as is permanent U.S. work authorization. • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field • Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication and customer‑service skills • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks • Team player with a proactive mindset; able to work independently • Hold permanent U.S. work authorization
