About the Role

The Senior Project Manager – Project & Development Services will lead complex commercial real estate development and construction initiatives from initiation through completion, delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high‑quality standards. This role serves as the primary client liaison while coordinating multidisciplinary teams across all project phases. Key responsibilities include overseeing multiple large‑scale projects, developing detailed project plans, allocating resources, and managing budgets throughout the lifecycle. The manager will maintain client relationships, provide regular status updates, and align deliverables with business objectives, while also identifying risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards. Additionally, the role involves facilitating team communication, mentoring junior managers, and guiding technical execution across architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants. • Lead and manage multiple large‑scale commercial real estate development and construction projects from initiation to completion. • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and budgets while monitoring financial performance and controlling costs. • Serve as primary client liaison, providing regular status updates, managing expectations, and aligning deliverables with business objectives. • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams—including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants—and facilitate effective communication across workstreams. • Identify and mitigate project risks, conduct quality reviews, and ensure compliance with regulations and JLL standards. • Mentor junior project managers and provide technical guidance to project teams.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, and possess 7‑10 years of project management experience in commercial real estate development or construction.
