About the Role
In this role you will lead production and inventory improvement initiatives using structured project‑management practices, maintain accurate transactional data across inventory systems such as Command and SAP, and analyze inventory processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements. You will collaborate with global and local teams and stakeholders to streamline workflows, deliver actionable solutions, and drive automation and digital‑transformation initiatives, including robotic process automation (RPA). • Lead production and inventory improvement projects with structured project management. • Maintain accurate data across inventory systems (Command, SAP). • Analyze inventory processes to spot inefficiencies and propose enhancements. • Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to streamline workflows. • Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives, including RPA.

What You Bring
The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Information Technology, a minimum of two years’ experience in process optimization, operations, business management and SAP rollouts, and proficiency with SAP MM and Microsoft Excel. Experience in heavy‑building‑materials industries such as ready‑mix, aggregates, or hot‑mix asphalt is a plus. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or IT. • Possess at least 2 years of experience in process optimization, operations, and SAP rollouts. • Demonstrate proficiency in SAP MM and Microsoft Excel. • Industry experience in heavy building materials (ready‑mix, aggregates, hot‑mix asphalt) is a plus.
