About the Role

The role supports the construction delivery team by applying Mace standards and overseeing daily control, management and coordination of the construction phase, with strong health, safety, wellbeing, environmental and quality standards. • Assist in daily control, management and coordination of various work packages to meet cost, schedule, H&S, environmental and quality targets. • Manage an area or procure a package of works from start to finish, maintaining financial awareness and responsibility. • Maintain a detailed diary of planned and actual work performed by trades and sub‑contractors. • Establish and nurture key relationships with trades and sub‑contractors. • Contribute to site progress meetings. • Lead site safety initiatives, including inductions, inspections and recording observations. • Provide administrative support by attending meetings and taking minutes. • Collaborate on the net‑zero carbon transition, proactively identifying and managing carbon emissions and reductions during delivery.
