About the Role

The Instrumentation Maintenance Lead will direct and support maintenance activities to keep plant instrumentation reliable, diagnose and resolve control system issues, and apply preventive and predictive strategies to boost equipment uptime. Collaboration with operations, electrical, and maintenance teams is essential to ensure safe and efficient production, while overseeing installation, calibration, and optimization of automation equipment. • Lead and support instrumentation maintenance activities to ensure reliable plant operation. • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with plant instrumentation and control systems. • Implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to improve equipment uptime. • Collaborate with operations, electrical, and maintenance teams to support safe, efficient production. • Oversee installation, calibration, and optimization of instrumentation and automation equipment. • Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize industrial instrumentation systems. • Interpret technical documentation, schematics, and instrumentation drawings accurately. • Provide leadership, training, and support to maintenance team members. • Provide 401(k) retirement savings plan with automatic company contribution and matching.
