About the Role
The Associate Property Manager, Multifamily (Floating) at Court Senior Apartments is responsible for maintaining communities to a market‑ready standard, delivering a high level of service, and building and motivating high‑performing teams to maximize property performance. Key duties include assisting the Regional Property Manager with overall building operations, overseeing maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, collections, evictions, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, and audits, and providing superior customer service to residents and prospects to enhance satisfaction and renewals. The role also requires completing lease and renewal paperwork to company standards, tracking advertising effectiveness, supervising the on‑site team, handling hiring and coaching, maintaining resident files, promptly resolving conflicts, managing the community budget, and collaborating with leasing staff to meet marketing and occupancy goals. • Assist Regional Property Manager with daily building operations. • Oversee maintenance, capital projects, lease administration, budgeting, collections, evictions, marketing, renewals, and service contracts. • Deliver superior resident and prospect customer service to boost satisfaction and renewals. • Complete lease and renewal paperwork according to company standards. • Track advertising performance and prospect traffic. • Supervise, hire, and coach on‑site staff while enforcing Cushman & Wakefield policies. • Maintain resident files and resolve conflicts promptly. • Manage community budget, finances, and expense controls. • Collaborate with leasing team to achieve marketing and occupancy goals. • Set performance goals and improve staff productivity.

What You Bring
Core competencies include strong communication and customer‑service skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet tools, solid office, bookkeeping, and sales abilities, goal setting, performance improvement, and effective team supervision. Education requirements are a high school diploma or GED (technical or vocational schooling accepted) with a bachelor's degree preferred; candidates should have at least three years of property‑management experience and one year of management experience. • Demonstrate effective communication, computer proficiency, and sales/bookkeeping skills. • Require 3+ years property management experience, 1+ year supervisory experience; high school diploma required, bachelor's preferred.
