About the Role

The Assistant Manager Marketing – Residential Business role focuses on strategizing and executing key marketing initiatives within a local market, overseeing the creation and coordination of market‑leading marketing, business development content, and sales support collateral. The incumbent will drive marketing efforts for the residential segment, write and proofread materials such as information memorandums and presentations, manage all marketing projects, and support RFP responses by crafting tailored presentations to win bids and attract investors. Collaboration is essential; the role interfaces with core marketing, works closely with internal teams to launch campaigns and events, and stays abreast of emerging marketing and social‑media trends to incorporate fresh ideas. • Strategize and execute local residential marketing initiatives • Write, proofread, and produce marketing collateral such as IMs and presentations • Manage marketing projects, campaigns, events, and integrate emerging social‑media trends • Support RFP responses and create customized presentations to secure bids and engage investors • Collaborate with core marketing and internal teams to align efforts
