About the Role
In this role, you will guide strategic transportation planning, fostering collaboration among engineering, master planning, and stakeholder groups to deliver integrated solutions that support community development. You will also apply advanced traffic modeling and analysis techniques to evaluate system performance and support decision‑making throughout project lifecycles. • Lead preparation and periodic updates of transportation master plans and related planning documents. • Manage tenants' transportation plan reviews and coordinate with engineering and master planning teams. • Develop and calibrate strategic transport models using VISUM and EMME. • Create micro‑simulation models with PTV VISSIM to analyze traffic flow and assess infrastructure changes. • Perform advanced road network analyses using Sidra, Synchro, and HCS. • Produce comprehensive traffic reports, impact studies, surveys, and methodology documentation. • Ensure traffic diversion safety and maintain first‑level quality assurance during construction phases. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate findings to clients, contractors, and senior management.

Candidates should hold a master’s degree in civil, transportation, or a related engineering field, with at least 15 years of progressive experience in transportation planning, traffic engineering, and modeling. Advanced degrees, certifications, and a proven record of delivering complex projects are preferred. • Hold a master’s degree in civil or transportation engineering with 15+ years of relevant experience. • Advanced degrees or professional certifications are a plus.
