About the Role

The Laborer performs a variety of tasks under close supervision of higher‑level employees. Responsibilities include assisting with extra workload, covering absences and vacations, and supplementing crews to adapt to unusual changes in production or weather conditions. • Control traffic passing near, in, or around work zones. • Clean or prepare construction sites to eliminate hazards. • Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, or adjustment of machinery. • Load, unload, and distribute building materials or tools according to project plans. • Measure, mark, and record openings or distances for construction layout. • Dig ditches or trenches, backfill excavations, and compact earth to grade specifications. • Operate pumps, compressors, or generators to power tools, machinery, or move materials. • Clean tools, equipment, and work areas. • Adhere to company safety policies and procedures.

What You Bring

Candidates must be able to listen, understand, and follow directions, work in various roles, and comply with the company’s safety manual.
