About the Role
The Technician will service and repair residential electrical equipment in customers' homes, providing clear and professional communication about services and options to both customers and coworkers of varying knowledge levels. Strong ethics, a positive attitude, and a willingness to go the extra mile are essential for delivering exemplary service. The role includes training assistant technicians, installing and servicing 8.5‑20 kW generators, performing multiple circuit restorations, and addressing warranty concerns. What You Bring
Candidates must have at least five years of residential electrical installation and service experience, along with an Associate of Science, technical college background, or comparable certification training. An electrician’s license (where required) and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record are mandatory. • Communicate clearly and professionally about services and options. • Demonstrate strong ethics, positive attitude, and go the extra mile. • Hold at least 5 years of residential electrical installation/service experience. • Possess an AS degree, technical college background, or equivalent certification. • Maintain a valid electrician’s license and a clean driver’s license.
