About the Role
The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure the resident’s comfort during the admission process and in their transition to the community by providing the highest degree of personal attention and customer service to both the resident and their family members. When in Reflections, the Hospitality Concierge acts as a liaison between the resident and their family and all other departments to ensure the resident is comfortable and receives the attention desired and deserved. • Meet daily with managers and care staff to discuss admissions, concerns, and changes. • Serve as liaison between residents/families and internal departments. • Review menus and collect next‑day meal selections for the Room Service program. • Coordinate daily social hour with Dining Services and serve in the Reflections Serenade dining room. • Arrange trips with the Escapades department. • Communicate daily with the care management team about unit operations and resident needs.

What You Bring
Employment category is full time with a scheduled minimum of 30 hours per week. • Must have a valid driver’s license. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
