About the Role
The role acts as an ambassador of the Republic Way, managing and facilitating instructor‑led leadership programs for leaders at all levels across various platforms. Responsibilities include leveraging leader development inventories, liaising with area leadership to identify priority needs, escalating new content to the central team, providing feedback to the Learning team, supporting course evaluation, facilitating team sessions, staying current on industry trends, traveling up to 50% of the time, and coordinating logistics with HR and local contacts.

What You Bring
The Leadership Development Facilitator is self‑motivated and passionate about delivering exceptional learning and development experiences. They must thrive in a fast‑paced environment, balance multiple projects simultaneously, and effectively facilitate training through instructor‑led classrooms, face‑to‑face workshops, and video/distance learning programs. Successful candidates demonstrate strong communication and relationship‑building skills, the ability to connect with and influence leaders, excellent facilitation and presentation abilities, and a deep understanding of leadership theories and best practices. They are highly organized, capable of managing multiple competing projects, work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment, and consistently deliver results within a highly matrixed organization. A minimum of eight years of progressive experience in learning and/or leadership development, including facilitating classroom or blended learning environments, is required, or an equivalent level of industry experience.
