About the Role
The position supports production planning by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating with staff to ensure efficient scheduling and workflow. It also oversees machine maintenance, workplace safety, and reporting functions, while driving improvement projects and ensuring compliance with industry standards. • Prepare job orders, product specifications, operation sheets, and inventory lists to optimize allocation and scheduling. • Monitor tool life, control consumption, and maintain in‑process quality. • Collaborate with production personnel to resolve schedule‑affecting issues. • Define work procedures, create schedules, and expedite workflow. • Assign duties, inspect work for accuracy and compliance with policies. • Plan and execute preventive maintenance of machines and uphold housekeeping/EHS standards. • Manage traceability procedures and compile end‑shift composite reports. • Lead productivity improvement and cost‑reduction projects. • Ensure availability of raw materials, tooling, oil, and consumable spare parts. • Maintain compliance with ISO and TS certification requirements. • Explore non‑linear career paths across 60+ global brands. • Participate in community volunteerism and sustainable business practices.
