About the Role

The position leads projects to achieve agreed outcomes within time, cost and quality parameters, providing day‑to‑day management, leadership and coordination across all stakeholders while mitigating risk and managing change. • Determine and arrange project technical services. • Lead and supervise project teams and relevant stakeholders to meet KPIs. • Apply Mace’s HSW safety framework in all activities. • Develop, update, and maintain project plans throughout the lifecycle. • Manage intermediate tasks and deliverables, supporting senior management as needed. • Monitor project schedules and budgets, highlighting risks and mitigation actions. • Implement and oversee robust quality systems aligned with Mace Way/Service Excellence. • Record meeting outcomes, provide analysis, and conduct regular site walks. • Partner with stakeholders to manage and mitigate project risks. • Coordinate communication among all parties, ensuring documentation standards are met. • Track and formalise project changes within agreed timeframes. • Prepare and hand over all approved documentation prior to practical completion. • Advance business priorities such as digital, data, and responsible practices. • Manage design, consultant, contractor and supply‑chain teams to deliver scope, fees and variations. • Produce integrated design and authority programmes linked to procurement and delivery schedules. • Challenge norms and stakeholders to achieve optimal solutions. • Leverage the Centre of Excellence, knowledge hubs and best‑practice resources. • Contribute to net‑zero carbon goals by identifying and managing emissions during delivery.
