About the Role

The role is responsible for accurate order processing, pricing, and procurement while delivering dependable service to customers. It supports associates and customers through transparent communication, teamwork, and an unwavering commitment to operational excellence. Under general supervision, the associate exercises judgment within well‑defined policies and procedures, referring complex issues to a supervisor. Work typically involves regular review of output by a senior coworker or supervisor, with occasional light lifting and infrequent travel of less than 10 % of the time. • Process orders from phone, email, text, and counter, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. • Manage basic pricing within established guidelines to maintain margin goals. • Coordinate non‑stock procurement and logistics to meet customer needs. • Securely handle payments, including credit cards, checks, and cash. • Identify stock products and recommend comparable alternatives for customers. • Proactively coordinate and follow up to meet service commitments. • Maintain accurate records and documentation for transactions and procurement activities. • Guide and train junior associates to promote teamwork and dependable performance. • Apply 1‑2 years of inside sales or customer service experience to manage procurement processes. • Provide mentorship and leadership to junior staff.

What You Bring
