About the Role
The Project Lead in Project and Development Services works alongside a senior project manager from the pre‑design phase through project completion. Responsibilities include assembling and leading project teams, defining the organisational structure, objectives and working procedures, and monitoring team performance. The role also requires establishing clear cost plans, budgeting to achieve optimal results and meet profit targets, attending project meetings, producing monthly reports and handling contract administration. Additionally, the Lead oversees negotiations, analyses and the promotion of quality‑control systems. To strengthen client relationships, the Lead identifies client needs and constraints, represents clients throughout the project lifecycle, and promotes JLL’s brand.
