About the Role
• Coordinate daily janitorial operations across multiple facilities. • Develop and enforce cleaning schedules, standards, and protocols. • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality assurance. • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance. • Ensure compliance with OSHA, Cal/OSHA, and environmental regulations. • Recruit, train, and onboard janitorial staff in accordance with California labor laws. • Schedule shifts and assign duties to team members. • Conduct performance reviews and resolve personnel issues. • Provide coaching and support to enhance service delivery. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding janitorial services. • Address client concerns and requests promptly and professionally. • Prepare service reports, metrics, and improvement plans. • Customize cleaning programs to meet client-specific needs. • Prepare and manage budgets and project expenditures. • Track and report KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs). • Maintain documentation for audits, procedures, and compliance checks. • Ensure contracts are up-to-date and aligned with client expectations.

What You Bring
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive District Supervisor to oversee janitorial operations across multiple client sites. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, maintaining compliance with health and safety standards, and fostering strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in janitorial services, team leadership, and operational management. • Minimum 3 years of experience in janitorial or facilities management. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication and client service abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software. • Knowledge of California labor laws and safety regulations. • This position may require travel between client sites.

Benefits
The salary for this position is $80,000 annually, with the final offer adjusting for education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and market data.
