Candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and a background in residential, light commercial, industrial, or commercial HVAC work. Benefits
Compensation is based on an hourly rate of $27.00 to $30.00, determined by the collective bargaining agreement, with additional union‑provided benefits and incentive opportunities for executed pull‑through work. The posted salary range reflects target compensation, but exceptional candidates may be considered beyond this range.
