About the Role
• Ensure every interaction with owners or guests is positive and memorable during check‑in, check‑out, and request handling. • Generate invoices, collect payments, and maintain safety deposit boxes. • Receive housekeeping and maintenance requests and forward them to the appropriate departments. • Prepare and restock the front desk with supplies and arrival packets. • Provide information on local attractions and resort amenities.

What You Bring
• High School diploma or equivalent; proficient English communication skills. • Open availability to adjust schedules and cover shifts on short notice. • Ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and handle cash and data entry. • Prior customer service experience required. • Preferred: hospitality experience, front‑desk background, and bilingual ability.
