About the Role
The Facility Manager – Soft role sits within Integrated Facilities Management, reporting to the Senior Facility Manager and collaborating with client facility teams, Accenture alliance partners, and vendors. The manager is accountable for delivering the Management Plan, meeting KPIs, managing budgets, and overseeing regional projects, operations, and maintenance. • Act as escalation point for all facilities‑management issues. • Direct Helpdesk and Mailroom processes, providing guidance on escalated cases. • Coordinate conference, meeting, and VIP visit preparations. • Manage Front Office operations, ensuring prompt visitor assistance and lobby housekeeping standards. • Supervise housekeeping vendor performance and facilitate resolution meetings. • Oversee cafeteria services, enforcing hygiene standards and vendor coordination. • Meet SLA targets, resolve helpdesk complaints timely, and ensure efficient service delivery.

What You Bring
