Assistant Project Manager I
Assist the Project Manager with engineering, scheduling, procurement, safety, and project execution.

About the Role
• Coordinate engineering, estimating, project controls, procurement, and construction activities throughout development and execution phases. • Assist the PM in creating the initial project schedule with engineering, estimating, project controls, procurement, and construction teams. • Participate in value engineering and constructability reviews. • Collaborate with procurement to develop subcontractor and vendor scopes of work and prepare contract exhibits for PM review. • Work with safety personnel on safety plan development, incident reporting, and investigation support. • Help prepare monthly project review reports for the management team and senior leadership. • Conduct monthly financial reviews and project closeouts. • Assist with RFI submittals using QISG’s document management system. • Provide feedback to improve quality of technical, commercial, and administrative deliverables. • Support procurement of purchase orders and subcontract packages. • Monitor progress of design, procurement, and construction activities. • Facilitate project close‑out and warranty administration. • Perform post‑construction cost review, reporting, and lessons‑learned participation. • Adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures.
