About the Role
The NOC Engineer will be responsible for managing and coordinating the issuance of No Objection Certificates for various infrastructure project activities. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail to ensure seamless project progression. The engineer will work closely with authorities, project managers, and engineering teams to identify NOC requirements, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with local regulations. Regular reporting and prompt issue resolution are essential to keep projects on schedule. • Coordinate with authorities and stakeholders to obtain required NOCs. • Prepare and submit NOC applications with complete and accurate documentation. • Track application status and follow up to expedite approvals. • Maintain detailed records of all NOC applications, approvals, and correspondence. • Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards for NOC activities. • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to identify NOC needs for each project phase. • Provide regular updates and reports on NOC application status to project management. • Address and resolve any issues related to NOC applications promptly.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field and have at least eight years of experience handling NOC processes for large infrastructure projects, particularly in Dubai. Strong communication, stakeholder presentation abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced environment are also required. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline. • Minimum eight years of experience managing NOC processes for large infrastructure projects. • In‑depth knowledge of Dubai’s NOC regulations and requirements. • Effective presentation skills for key stakeholder communication. • Strong communication, interpersonal abilities, and analytical attention to detail. • Prior consultancy experience is highly preferred. • Proficiency with project management and documentation tools.
