About the Role
• Lead project delivery to meet timeframes, budgets, and quality standards. • Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders, aligning on KPIs and objectives. • Manage project plans, budgets, and timelines, identifying and mitigating risks. • Secure and oversee technical services, consultants, and contractors. • Implement robust quality systems in line with Mace Way and Service Excellence. • Facilitate clear communication, maintain accurate records, and manage changes formally. • Support senior project managers with intermediate tasks and timely reporting. • Champion Mace’s “Safety First” culture by applying HSW principles. • Promote safe practices across all project phases.

What You Bring

Our values shape the way we consult and define the people we want to join us on our journey. • Experience working in the United Arab Emirates (essential for client approval). • Hold MAPM, MRICS, MICE (or be working towards) or a recognized local equivalent. • Proven background in project management or a similar role with construction delivery expertise. • Tertiary qualifications in project management or construction-related fields, or equivalent apprenticeship. • Possess a valid Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card or local equivalent. • Strong knowledge of construction processes and delivery.
