About the Role

• Respond to scheduled and emergency residential service calls throughout Greensboro and surrounding communities. • Diagnose and repair electrical issues involving panels, circuits, breakers, lighting, outlets, GFCIs, switches, and related systems. • Perform home warranty service work while ensuring homeowner satisfaction through quality repairs and clear communication. • Maintain a professional, courteous, and respectful demeanor when working in occupied homes. • Accurately complete service tickets, documenting diagnostics, repairs performed, materials used, and recommended next steps. • Ensure all work complies with National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements and OSHA safety standards. • Maintain company vehicle, tools, and personal protective equipment (PPE) in clean and safe working condition. • Communicate effectively with service coordinators, homeowners, and field leadership. • Proactively identify opportunities to improve electrical system performance and enhance the customer experience. • Frequently drive between job sites using a company vehicle while adhering to safety, vehicle, and driving policies.

The position requires the ability to work independently, travel throughout the Greensboro area, and meet physical demands such as lifting up to 50 lb and accessing attics, crawl spaces, and confined areas. • Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and pass background check and drug screening. • Ability to work independently and travel to residential job sites throughout the Greensboro area. • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and safely operate hand and power tools. • Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and confined areas within existing structures.
