About the Role

Key duties include contributing to strategic planning, assisting with execution of management plans, and overseeing projects from inception to completion. The APM reviews designs, seeks cost-saving ideas, and conducts daily operational tasks efficiently. Communication between office and field staff is facilitated, and project status updates are reported directly to the manager. Additional responsibilities cover document organization, digital database management, and compliance with specifications. The assistant also helps create and maintain project budgets, schedules deliveries, and manages timelines and calendars. Meetings, calls, site visits, and information gathering from technicians, engineers, and contractors are coordinated. Maintaining positive vendor and client relationships ensures projects stay on schedule and meet client goals. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, strong collaboration, and high‑pace work adaptability are essential. • Contribute to strategic planning for upcoming projects • Assist the Project Manager in executing management plans • Coordinate project activities from inception through completion • Review designs and propose cost-saving measures • Perform daily operational tasks and maintain project documentation • Update digital project databases and ensure compliance with specifications • Manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines • Schedule deliveries, meetings, calls, and site visits • Facilitate communication between office, field staff, vendors, and clients • Track and report project status directly to the Project Manager • Solve problems and suggest process improvements • Maintain positive vendor and client relationships
