About the Role
The Facilities Executive – Technical Integrated Facilities Management (Corporate Solutions) will execute flawless technical activities and keep the company up to speed on operating and utilities costs. Working with the building manager, you will monitor invoices for technical services and ensure contractor maintenance practices align with manufacturer recommendations and preventive maintenance standards. You will also oversee repair and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting and other equipment, performing routine inspections, inventory and documentation. You will provide sound leadership to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations, overseeing electricians and their scope of work. Collaboration across all levels—from superiors to peers, subordinates and external vendors—will be essential. You will monitor maintenance activities and produce daily and weekly summary reports. • Execute technical activities and monitor operating & utilities costs. • Review and verify invoices for technical services. • Ensure contractor maintenance aligns with manufacturer recommendations and preventive standards. • Oversee repair and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and other equipment. • Conduct routine inspections, inventory, and documentation of systems. • Lead electricians and manage their scope of work. • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors. • Produce daily and weekly maintenance summary reports. • Work on‑site in Hyderabad, TS, 48 hours per week.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a degree and at least five years of experience in technical facilities management, with strong knowledge of policies, building maintenance and people management. Expertise in carpentry, electrical, plumbing and general property management is highly valued, as is a thorough understanding of EHS principles and the ability to resolve operational issues.
