About the Role
In this role, you will collaborate with both local and region-wide IT teams to deliver support to several offices. The selected candidate responsibilities will include daily IT support of the local office and providing IT helpdesk support to end‑users across the region/firm. • Provide support on corporate IT Helpdesk • Install new printers, copiers, plotters and other office equipment • Install and support enterprise applications • Perform data maintenance and data archiving • Assist with office moves and expansions

What You Bring
Qualified candidates should have a passion for technology, a business mindset, and a customer‑service‑oriented attitude. They must possess strong communication skills, be willing to work with others, and be able to travel as needed. The successful candidate will be able to prioritize, troubleshoot problems, and follow through with internal clients. • Bachelor's in IT/Computer Science (0‑4 yrs experience) or Associate's (4+ yrs experience) • Knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange 365, Windows Server 2016, and Active Directory • Basic networking fundamentals and Windows Server 2012/2016 printing, NTFS permissions • Ability to configure and troubleshoot Windows 10 PC issues • Understanding of AD user accounts and security groups • Strong verbal, written, and customer service communication skills • High aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies • Self‑starter, highly organized, and able to work with minimal supervision • Willingness to travel to other regional offices as needed
