About the Role

In this role you will oversee an industrial portfolio, ensuring client and tenant satisfaction while managing budgets, financial reporting, and capital improvement projects. You will also handle tenant improvements, building‑system oversight, and serve as the primary liaison between owners, tenants, and vendors. Leadership is central to the position; you will develop and mentor a growing team, foster an inclusive and collaborative culture, and champion innovative solutions that align with the company's strategic goals. • Provide a differentiated, experiential property management approach to boost client and tenant satisfaction. • Lead and develop a growing industrial property management team. • Prepare budgets, financial reports, and manage CAM pools and reconciliations using Yardi. • Oversee tenant improvements and capital improvement projects. • Communicate effectively with owners, tenants, and vendors to resolve conflicts. • Apply new technology and data‑driven tools to improve operations. • Manage third‑party service providers for institutional clients. • Foster an inclusive, collaborative workplace culture and support diverse teams.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree (preferred), has at least five years of industrial property management experience, strong financial acumen, and proficiency with Yardi or similar platforms. Additional requirements include obtaining a California real‑estate license within six months, third‑party management experience, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Obtain a California real‑estate license within six months of hire. • Demonstrate strong financial acumen and proficiency with Yardi, Kardin, or MRI.
