Job Highlights
About the Role
• Deliver food to the correct seat at each guest’s table. • Clear unused items and refill water glasses as needed. • Replace silverware throughout service. • Briefly explain each item delivered and ask if guests need anything else. • Assist kitchen staff to ensure dishes are plated correctly and delivered with proper condiments. • Prepare, restock, and keep the runner station clean for each meal period. • Follow restaurant policies, procedures, training, safety, and security. • Adhere to food safety and cleanliness standards. • Attend briefings, meetings, and trainings. • Remain calm and focused during busy periods. • Meet physical demands, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lb for over eight hours.

What You Bring
• Know menu items and answer guest questions. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Minimum three months experience in fine‑dining or high‑volume high‑end restaurant, resort, or private club. • Knowledge of HACCP and local food safety; able to obtain State Food Safety Certificate. • Understanding of food and beverage operations. • Exceptional attention to detail, quality, and service. • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Flexible schedule; able to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and long hours as needed. • Ability to work effectively in a team. • Proficient in English; additional languages a plus.
