About the Role

The Assistant Project Manager – Planning Project and Development Services role, based in Bengaluru, works closely with a senior project manager to steer projects from pre‑design to completion. Responsibilities include assembling and leading project teams, establishing organizational structures, setting objectives, and creating clear cost plans and budgets to achieve target profits. The role also involves attending project meetings, developing monthly reports, handling contract administration, and overseeing negotiations, analyses, and quality‑control systems. A strong focus on health, safety, and sustainability is required throughout the project lifecycle. • Lead project teams from pre‑design through completion, monitoring performance and fostering collaboration. • Develop organizational structures, project objectives, procedures, cost plans and budgets to meet profit targets. • Prepare monthly reports, conduct contract administration, and oversee negotiations and quality‑control analyses. • Maintain health, safety and sustainability standards throughout project execution. • Identify client needs, balance them with JLL objectives, and represent clients and the company with stakeholders. • Communicate effectively with internal and external parties, promoting JLL’s services during projects. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and empower team members.
