About the Role

A Maintenance Technician C works under the guidance of a Lead Technician, Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Manager to perform preventive maintenance on diesel and non‑diesel equipment and trucks. The role requires a basic understanding of vehicle mechanical and electrical systems to carry out routine inspections, adjustments, and minor repairs. Technicians support drivers by keeping a single fleet of state‑of‑the‑art vehicles reliable and road‑ready. Key duties include conducting vehicle PM inspections, oil changes, fluid replenishment, tire changes, and basic electrical work such as light replacements. Technicians perform visual inspections to detect potential issues and use appropriate tools to pinpoint malfunctions. They also complete company‑required training programs and handle additional job‑related tasks as needed. • Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs on diesel and non‑diesel vehicles. • Conduct vehicle inspections, oil changes, fluid replenishment, tire changes, and minor electrical work. • Identify potential equipment issues through visual inspections and appropriate tools. • Complete required company training programs. • Work regular shifts in a stable industry.

What You Bring

Preferred qualifications include completion of a certified diesel maintenance program and an Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) T8 PM certification, though neither is mandatory. A valid driver’s license is also advantageous.
