Lead Warehouse Associate

About the Role

• Coach and train junior warehouse associates on proper processes and procedures. • Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise. • Pick, pack, and ship products to customers. • Receive, count, and record shipment information in the system. • Handle materials inside the warehouse or in the yard, lifting up to 50 lb.

What You Bring

• 5–7 years of relevant warehouse experience. • Forklift certification and experience. • Familiarity with hand and power tools. • Strong attention to detail. • Spanish language proficiency (preferred).
